Wall Recycling is looking for Customer Care Representative Monday- Friday. This role is responsible for answering the phones, emails, and texts of customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.
Job Description:

Ensure maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company-established goals for calls, talk time, wait time, and other metrics

Answers inbound calls in a professional manner

Courteously interact with customers

Follow all required safety policies and procedures

Performs daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required

Pay: hourly: $17-$19/hr based experience
