We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician who is confident working independently, takes ownership of their work, moves with purpose, and knows how to treat customers and teammates with respect.

What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, service, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Work independently while knowing when to communicate with the team
- Diagnose electrical issues and develop practical solutions
- Read and understand electrical plans, schematics, and specifications
- Install and work with panels, breakers, feeders, branch circuits, lighting, controls, and other electrical equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Represent Mid Atlantic Energy Solutions with professionalism and confidence
- Follow NEC requirements, company standards, and safe work practices
- Take ownership of your truck, tools, materials, paperwork, and completed work

- A licensed Journeyman Electrician or qualified to work as one
- Experienced and confident in the field
- Able to work independently without constant supervision

- A team player who works well with other electricians and trades
- Professional, clean, and respectful
