NCMA Carlsbad’s Best Summer Camp & After School Program is looking for an energetic, motivated Admin & Sales Lead who wants to become an important part of our growing team.
You will be one of the first people prospective families meet and a key part of turning their interest into an amazing experience for their children.
We are looking for someone who can learn our proven systems, take ownership of this position, and run with it.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
This position plays a key role in our company's growth and success.
You will:
- Respond quickly to new leads and inquiries
- Build relationships with prospective families through calls, texts, and email
- Consistently follow up with leads
- Schedule and conduct tours
- Follow up with families who miss appointments or tours
- Help prospective families choose and enroll in the right program
- Properly onboard new students and families using our proven systems
- Follow up with current families to provide an incredible customer experience
- Support membership renewals and retention
- Reconnect with past leads and families
- Assist with delinquent account follow-up
- Keep our CRM, sales pipeline, and customer records accurate and up to date
- Track sales activity and help achieve enrollment and revenue goals
- Create an upbeat and welcoming experience for every family
- Work closely with our leadership team and coaches
You won’t just be answering phones and emails. You’ll be helping drive the growth of the business.

Proven sales and customer service experience is required. We will teach you our systems, programs, CRM, and processes. You bring the ability to connect with people, build relationships, follow up, and close.
Experience working with children or families is a plus.

We want someone who is interested in taking ownership, producing results, and growing with our company long term.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$20–$25 per hour based on experience
PLUS sales commissions for achieving goals.
Approximately 25+hours per week
Monday through Friday
Approximately 7:30 AM–2:00 PM

For the right person, there are also additional evening and weekend opportunities to earn sales commissions.
Families are often available outside traditional business hours. THIS POSITION HAS ROOM TO GROW

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 or older
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma required
- Must be dependable, professional, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Limited driving to and from local elementary schools may occasionally be required
