Position Summary
The International Account Manager is responsible for supporting and growing Brooks Equipment’s existing international customer base. This is a customer-focused inside sales and account management role that serves as a primary point of contact for customers, builds strong relationships, identifies opportunities to grow existing accounts, and ensures customers receive exceptional service.
This position plays a critical role on a rapidly growing sales team. By managing day-to-day customer needs and supporting existing accounts, the International Account Manager allows outside sales team members to spend more time prospecting, developing new relationships, and pursuing new business.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly personable, dependable, coachable, and eager to learn. Industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone with the right character, attitude, work ethic, and potential to develop into a valuable long-term member of the sales organization.
While the primary focus is account management and customer support, this person should also be comfortable assisting with prospecting and new-business activities when needed, such as when another team member is out of the office.

· Proactively follow up on quotes, opportunities, and customer requests.
· Communicate customer needs, feedback, and opportunities to the outside sales team.
· Help ensure sales opportunities are properly followed up on and not lost due to lack of communication.
· Partner closely with outside sales team members to provide a consistent customer experience.
Business Development Support

This may include:
