Experienced Multi-Unit General Manager – Quick Service / Coffee
Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Reports To: Director of Operations
Compensation: 55,000-65,000
We're looking for an experienced Quick Service General Manager with hands-on barista expertise to oversee operations across two corporate locations and assist with new restaurant openings. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows coffee and QSR operations inside and out, and is ready to take on multi-unit responsibility — including supporting new store openings.What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple quick-service/coffee locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and develop store-level managers and baristas across your units
- Maintain and elevate barista standards — drink quality, speed of service, and customer experience
- Manage P&L responsibilities including labor, food/beverage cost, and inventory across locations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand operating standards at every unit
- Support and lead new store opening processes: hiring, training, equipment setup, and launch execution
- Travel between locations regularly to coach teams and troubleshoot operational issues
- Analyze performance metrics across units and implement improvement plans as needed
- Recruit, hire, and build bench strength for future growth
What You Bring
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in quick service, café, or coffee shop settings
- Prior multi-unit supervision experience required
- Strong barista skill set — espresso, latte art, and quality control a plus
- Experience supporting or leading new store openings
- Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and inventory
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly between locations
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
