Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strong sales professional who excels at communication, relationship-building, and closing deals. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
This position requires frequent travel (approximately 3 weeks out of each month) and a high level of flexibility with scheduling. Candidates must be based in or near Miami, Florida, and local applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience or knowledge within the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across assigned markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Actively present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective clients
- Conduct meetings, sales presentations, and on-site visits (domestic and international)
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals in alignment with company goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales experience is required (B2B experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently close deals
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Must be willing to travel extensively (up to 3 weeks per month) and adapt to flexible travel schedules
- Must be based in Miami, Florida (local candidates preferred)
- Experience or knowledge in casino, gaming, hospitality, or entertainment industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
- Profiecient in English and Spanish is a plus
