We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team in Davison, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and building systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain and repair facility infrastructure such as doors, windows, flooring, and walls.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
