The Pharmacist will provide high‑quality dispensing, regulatory compliance, and patient‑centered service in a collaborative environment. The position includes oversight of pharmacy technicians, inventory management, and adherence to Florida Board of Pharmacy standards.
- Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications with precision
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Oversee daily workflow and support pharmacy technicians
- Manage inventory, including controlled substances
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Uphold quality assurance and patient safety protocols
- Active Florida Pharmacist License
- Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance
- Experience in retail or community pharmacy preferred
- High attention to detail and sound clinical judgment
- $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
- Part‑time and full‑time schedules available
- Expected weekly hours: 20–50 , depending on availability
