Type: Contract | 8 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Variable Nights | 12-Hour Shifts
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking LPN - Long Term Care (LTC) for an exciting contract opportunity in Chapman, KS.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to care
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes
- Perform routine clinical procedures and nursing interventions
- Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and nursing leadership
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies
Requirements
- Active LPN license required
- Long Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work variable night shifts and weekends as needed
