Join our dynamic team as an In-Home Sales Representative, where you will be the friendly face and expert advisor for clients seeking innovative home improvement solutions. This role empowers you to deliver personalized consultations directly in customers’ homes, showcasing your sales expertise, all while building lasting relationships with clients.
- 100% commission based pay
- No cold calling, leads generated for you.

Duties
- Conduct engaging in-home consultations to assess clients’ needs for HVAC and Plumbing equipment
- Close sales confidently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Manage account details, follow up on leads, and develop ongoing relationships through effective account management strategies
- Assist clients with product selection
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure project specifications are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
- Ordering all equipment needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales within renovation, construction, or retail environments
- Prior knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing equipment preferred.
- Excellent persuasive communication abilities to upsell products and services
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience/background in customer service or sales is essential
- Comfortable using mobile app CRM system
