Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Verify dental insurance accurately and in a timely manner
Check patients in and out and manage front office flow
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
Maintain organized scheduling and patient records
Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Previous dental front office or customer service experience is preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus
Strong attention to detail and reliability
