What You’ll Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and identify service needs
- Recommend needed maintenance and repair services
- Write repair orders and explain services clearly
- Communicate updates on vehicle status and repair timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs
- Resolve customer questions and concerns quickly
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Deliver a high-level customer experience from check-in to delivery
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor experience required
- Dealership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive services and repair recommendations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell services professionally and ethically
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with service writing and repair order documentation
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
