About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, whether in person or over the phone. You will help create a welcoming, professional experience while supporting our veterinary team in providing exceptional care to pets and their families.
Position Details

- Schedule: Must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month

What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience with client data base programs preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Comfort working in a client-facing role within an animal care setting
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and update client/pet information in Cornerstone software
- Manage a multi-line phone system: answer inquiries, relay messages, and screen calls appropriately
- Provide information on hospital policies, services, and basic pet care questions
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle medication refill requests
- Accurately record vaccines, procedures, and client communications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure urgent cases are handled promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
