Seeking a thoughtful and self-motivated clinician for this telehealth AMFT role. Responsibilities for the role will be:
- Strong preference for clinicians who are fluent in Spanish
- Assist in connecting with referral sources and responding to requests for services
- Schedule initial consultations with new patients to determine fit
- Manage scheduling and appointments with active patients.
- Complete clinical documentation within 1 week of patient visits.
- Attend all required supervision

I like to approach supervision with attention to the level of experience of the trainee and adapting the focus of supervision accordingly. We have different needs as we advance through our training and gather more clinical experience. We need to be seen in the areas we're doing well and feel confident. And we need to feel safe to show areas of vulnerability and where we feel least confident in our work. When the supervisory relationship feels too evaluative or too concrete, supervision can become a performance; we feel pressure to show our competence and less freedom to explore our confusion or difficulties. When supervision focuses on curiosity about the thought process and decision-making behind the therapeutic interventions, I believe it's at its most conducive to growth and learning.
This position is flexible hours and is open to associates seeking anywhere from 15-20+ hours per week. You'll be able to schedule clients on days and times of your preference. Supervision hours will increase with the number of client hours to remain in compliance with licensing requirements. Pay will be $35/hour.
