The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base. You'll be the face of GLC in our showroom and the engine behind our quotes, follow-ups, and repeat business. With an established book of 1,400+ existing and past customers and steady walk-in and contractor traffic, this role offers real, immediate earning potential for a self-starter who knows how to build relationships and close.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and guide showroom customers through product selection, layouts, and finishes
- Prepare accurate, timely quotes and estimates, and own each opportunity from first contact through close
- Proactively follow up on open quotes, inbound leads, and past customers to keep a healthy pipeline
- Develop lasting relationships with contractors and design professionals to drive repeat and referral business
- Coordinate closely with our warehouse team on stock availability, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines
- Maintain clean, accurate customer records, estimates, and invoices in QuickBooks
- Contribute to outreach campaigns re-engaging our existing customer database
What You Bring
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in cabinets, kitchen & bath, building materials, flooring, or a related trade
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (estimates, invoicing, customer records)
- Experience with 2020 Design software is a strong plus
- Ability to read layouts and confidently discuss product specifications with trade professionals
- A self-starter's discipline: you follow up without being chased and keep every promise you make to a customer
- Strong organization — quotes, orders, and commitments never slip through your hands
- Professional, customer-first communication in person, by phone, and by email
Compensation & Growth
- $19–$22/hour base, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday 8am-4:30pm
