Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions that promote positive outcomes and enhance their quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care through one-on-one therapy sessions focused on behavioral health.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address challenging behaviors and teach new skills.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
- Work effectively with individuals who have developmental disabilities, fostering an environment of support and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to improving the lives of individuals through effective behavioral therapy.

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
