Tender Hearts Senior Care Group is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our team. We are committed to providing respectful, safe, and personalized care to our clients while maintaining a supportive and professional work environment for our caregivers.
Position Responsibilities
Caregivers may be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living
- Personal grooming and hygiene assistance
- Walking and mobility assistance
- Changing and toileting assistance
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Taking and documenting vital signs as directed
- Maintaining accurate care documentation
- Medication reminders and assistance with medications that have already been organized in a pill organizer, as permitted by applicable rules
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Communicating changes in the client’s condition to management or the appropriate healthcare professional
