Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate new client relationships and identify business development opportunities that support the continued growth of Lambert Land Consulting.
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service that earns repeat business and referrals.
- Manage boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, subdivision, construction staking, and other land surveying projects from field work through final deliverables.
- Perform field surveying using Trimble GPS, robotic total stations, and data collection equipment as needed.
- Process field data and prepare survey drawings, plats, legal descriptions, easement exhibits, records of survey, and other deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Review survey deliverables for technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage projects to ensure quality work, on-time delivery, and exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with field and office staff to support efficient project delivery and mentor junior team members.
- Represent Lambert Land Consulting with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Colorado Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred, or licensure in another state with the ability to obtain Colorado licensure through comity.
- LSIT or survey professional actively pursuing Colorado PLS licensure and expected to become licensed within the next 12 months will also be considered.
- Able to meet the qualifications for Wyoming Professional Land Surveyor licensure.
- Strong experience with boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, subdivision, and construction staking surveys.
- Proficiency with Trimble GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, and survey workflows.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including survey drafting, field-to-finish workflows, and preparation of survey deliverables.
- Experience processing survey field data and preparing plats, legal descriptions, easement exhibits, records of survey, and other survey documents.
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret construction plans, plats, title commitments, legal descriptions, and survey records.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to perform both field and office responsibilities.

- Competitive salary of $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience.
