The SunSipper Affordable Housing Project is building a nationwide network dedicated to expanding affordable housing opportunities while connecting communities with trusted local businesses and professional services.
Rather than operating as separate businesses, our divisions work together to create Community Launch Teams that support local growth and help strengthen the communities we serve.

Compensation
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.
Compensation is 100% commission-based and performance-driven. There is no hourly wage or base salary.
We believe in being transparent so every applicant understands the compensation structure before entering the interview process.
Hiring Process
Because we're hiring for multiple divisions across the country, every applicant begins by attending a live Discover SunSipper Opportunity Call.
During this presentation, you'll learn:
- An overview of our divisions
- What to expect moving forward
Applicants who wish to continue after the Opportunity Call will be invited to a one-on-one Candidate Review Call, where we'll discuss the specific division they're interested in, review responsibilities and compensation in detail, answer questions, and determine whether we're a great mutual fit.
