The rental fleet includes bottom dump trailers, steel end dump trailers, half round end dump trailers, aluminum end dump trailers, lowboy trailers, flatbed trailers, drop deck trailers, and dry van trailers.
Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Rental Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with rental inquiries, credit applications, rental agreements, insurance requirements, and ensure a smooth rental experience from start to finish.
A bilingual candidate is highly recommended for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in a courteous manner
Explain rental options, terms, and policies
Collect credit applications and create rental agreements
Inspect returned trailers and document any damages
Assist customers in trailer selection
Data entry and daily computer usage is required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer Literacy is required (Microsoft Suite)
