We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team in Akron, Ohio. If you are passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful recovery while working in a supportive and collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling services to adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including psychotherapy and crisis intervention techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives that promote mental health awareness and recovery.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Ohio licensure as one of the following: LISW/LSW, LPCC, IMFT
