Position: CAPEX Engineering Project Manager Duration: 9 Months Contract

Job Summary:
The CAPEX Engineering Project Manager position is responsible for supporting the factories of the region to achieve leading performance in preparation and execution of capital projects through the deployment of highly efficient processes, embedding safety, integration of standardized tools and engaging cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as CAPEX Manager for regional CAPEX projects while ensuring adherence to project management processes and engineering standards
- Define project scope, deliverables, technical solutions, timelines, and cost estimations
- Collaborate closely with factory representatives, procurement teams, and engineering stakeholders
- Translate User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Basis of Design (BoD) into Basic Engineering Packages
- Support supplier selection, contracting models, and engineering package execution
- Ensure optimal Safety, Quality, Planning, and value for money throughout project execution
- Participate in project evaluations, peer reviews, and engineering standardization initiatives
- Support local engineering teams and contribute to building engineering capabilities across the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Maintenance & Capital Project/Portfolio Management
- Experience leading multiple major CAPEX projects involving cross-functional teams
- Proven experience managing suppliers and engineering project execution
- Strong technical and scientific understanding in engineering
- Collaborative and decisive problem-solving mindset with high ethical values
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good written and spoken English; bilingual is a differential
- Willingness to travel across the region as required
