Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounting duties, from reconciling accounts to preparing financial statements. Duties
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct 10 key typing for data entry accuracy
- Collaborate with the team on various accounting projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
- Understanding of public accounting practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
