Lemonade Property Services is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to handle apartment turnovers (make-readies), deep cleans, and residential cleaning services throughout York County.
This role focuses on preparing vacant units and homes to a clean, move-in-ready standard, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and full deep cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can maintain quality while working at a steady pace, and is comfortable working independently or with a small team.

Duties
- Perform full apartment turnover (make-ready) cleanings to prepare units for new tenants
- Complete deep cleaning tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, baseboards, and floors
- Clean inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, and fixtures to move-in-ready standards
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all surfaces throughout homes and units
- Handle residential deep cleaning services for occupied and vacant homes
- Assist with move-out cleanups and trash-outs, including removal of debris when needed
- Identify and report any maintenance or damage issues observed during cleaning
- Follow company checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results on every job
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, supplies, and work areas
- Work independently or with a small team to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
Experience
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (residential, commercial, or move-out cleaning)
- Experience with deep cleaning or apartment turnovers is a plus
- No experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
