ChatterNOLA | Metairie, Louisiana
Since 2008, ChatterNOLA has been dedicated to helping children communicate, connect, and thrive through exceptional pediatric speech-language therapy. Our Metairie clinic, established in 2017, is built on a foundation of clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, and meaningful partnerships with families.
We specialize in pediatric speech-language therapy using individualized, play-based approaches that respect each child's unique strengths, interests, and developmental needs. Our goal is simple: provide therapy that makes a lasting difference.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an outstanding Speech-Language Pathologist to our team.
At ChatterNOLA, we believe clinical excellence is intentional.
We value clinicians who think critically, communicate effectively, take ownership of their practice, and continually seek opportunities to grow. We believe exceptional outcomes are achieved through strong clinical reasoning, individualized intervention, meaningful family collaboration, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
We are committed to supporting ongoing professional development, but applicants should possess the foundational clinical knowledge, professionalism, and independent clinical judgment expected of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy using developmentally appropriate, play-based intervention.
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
Partner with families through education, coaching, and regular communication to promote carryover beyond the therapy session.

Contribute to a professional, collaborative, and positive clinic culture.
We're looking for someone who:
Demonstrates strong pediatric clinical skills and sound clinical reasoning.

A collaborative, supportive team environment.
Administrative support that allows clinicians to focus on patient care.
A well-equipped clinic with extensive therapy resources.
Opportunities for advanced clinical development and leadership.
A workplace culture built on integrity, accountability, teamwork, and respect.
