Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store layout
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or coordinating store activities
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking efforts
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in Vape shops or similar environments
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and product demos confidently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate cash handling and sales tracking
