We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Door Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and cabinet construction, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves creating high-quality cabinets and furniture pieces tailored to client specifications, ensuring precision and attention to detail throughout the process.
Duties
- Construct cabinets and furniture from various materials, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Operate CNC machines and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform cabinet installations at client locations, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
- Conduct repairs and modifications on existing cabinetry as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required during the construction and installation processes.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Experience with CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials.
- Strong knowledge of cabinet installation techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction painting, stucco application, and general maintenance person tasks is a plus.
- Previous experience as a carpenter or in related fields is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
