We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of items, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, while also providing excellent customer service. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Ensure all baked goods meet food safety standards and adhere to hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and seasonal specialties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and taking special orders when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Skills
- Proficiency in food production techniques with a focus on baking and pastry skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in catering or large-scale food preparation is a plus.
- Familiarity with kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, ovens, and other baking equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing new recipes or presentation styles.

- Candidates must have baking experience. Hours are 2:00 am to 9:00 am.
