ACE Outdoor Services is hiring a Landscape Manager in Burton, MI to lead commercial landscape and snow operations crews.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong landscaping experience, crew management skills, and the ability to drive production, quality, and accountability.
$65,000-$75,000/year + performance bonuses

Responsibilities:
Manage 20+ employees across landscape maintenance and snow crews
Oversee scheduling, production, quality control, and daily operations
Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials
Support Field Managers and ensure jobs stay on schedule
Handle customer concerns professionally
Lead safety, accountability, and team development initiatives
Assist crews in the field when needed
Manage snow operations during winter events
Requirements:
5+ years of landscape management or operations experience
Experience managing multiple crews and employees
Commercial landscape maintenance experience required
Snow operations experience preferred
Experience with equipment, trailers, and job site coordination
Valid drivers license
