Every Store Manager completes an 8-week paid training program that prepares them to lead at a high level operationally and as a people developer. No guessing. No winging it. You’ll be trained the Take 5 way. Then you’ll lead with the right tools and the right mentality. We don’t throw leaders into the deep end. We prepare you.
Training includes:
- Leadership and coaching development
- Performance management and accountability systems
- Operational execution
- Shop floor processes and procedures
- Hands-on training, with additional learning modules and shop experience
- Pit to President mentality
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience (required)
- Track record of building and developing teams. Be ready to tell us all about the teams you have lead and the results that you have created. No fluff, just facts.
- Comfortable in a high-energy, ever changing, hands-on environment
- Retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other service leadership experience a must
- High accountability mindset
The Opportunity
We are opening additional shops this year in Utah County and additional shops in Salt Lake County. That means room for leaders who perform and have the results to prove it.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
