Burnett & Dougherty Immigration Law is hiring a Client Intake & Experience Coordinator to be the first voice and face our prospective clients meet, and the person who carries that relationship all the way through signing. This is a sales, hospitality, and client-service role at its core: you'll convert leads into signed clients, walk clients through their contracts, and make sure every person who calls or walks through our door feels genuinely cared for.
We're a busy immigration law firm serving Idaho and clients nationally in family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, and more. This role is central to our growth. If you love talking to people, closing the deal, and creating a five-star client experience, we want to meet you.
What you'll do:
Client Intake & Sales
- Own the client pipeline from first inquiry to signed contract, i.e. respond to calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and warmly
- Conduct intake calls: gather case information, explain our process, and assess fit for representation
- Walk clients through their contract line-by-line and set up their payment plan
- Convert leads into signed clients and track conversion performance
- Deliver a warm, high-touch welcome experience, including a personal introduction to the client's case manager
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of every client touchpoint in our case management system
- Follow up consistently with leads who haven't converted, and identify and track why prospects don't sign
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate referrals and reviews
- Some bilingual translation of client documents (Spanish/English) as needed
Social Media & Marketing
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and other active platforms
- Post consistently (multiple times per week) — client education content, team highlights, community involvement, and testimonials (with permission)
- Take photos and videos of firm activities and events to create authentic, real-life content
- Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook
- Track engagement metrics (followers, reach, engagement rate) and report on performance
- Represent the firm at community events and help capture content on-site
Education & Skills Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, client services, or intake/customer-facing roles strongly preferred

- Strong organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple priorities and follow-ups without dropping any
- Comfortable reviewing and explaining contracts/agreements to clients
- Experience with CRM or case management software
