Location: Reno, Nevada | Full-time | On-site in a collaborative office where you'll work closely with experienced litigators and have significant courtroom exposure.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have 4+ years of litigation experience. Experience in defense litigation, medical malpractice, healthcare law, or insurance defense is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Manage complex litigation matters from case inception through trial.
- Develop litigation strategy and advise clients throughout all phases of litigation.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
- Provide strategic legal analysis and case evaluations.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and legal support staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Deliver outstanding client service while managing multiple active litigation matters.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
- 4+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nevada State and Federal court procedures.
- Excellent legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage litigation matters.
- Medical malpractice, healthcare law, or insurance defense experience preferred.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
