Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of children's physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapy techniques for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and various diagnoses across pediatric populations.
- Collaboration with team members when appropriate.
- Manage medical documentation accurately within electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance.
- Provide education and training to families and caregivers to optimize functional outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Skilled in utilizing evidence-based practices to develop effective treatment strategies across the pediatric population.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans.
- Excellent communication skills required for family and caregiver education and interdisciplinary coordination.
Pay: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour
