Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pet Boarding & Daycare Manager to lead our busy, animal-focused facility. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional pet care, and deliver outstanding service to pet owners. You will also manage and support staff with responsibilities such as scheduling, payroll processing, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the pet boarding and daycare facility
- Supervise, train, and support pet care staff
- Oversee pet intake and discharge procedures with attention to safety and health protocols
- Monitor pet behavior and provide training or redirection as needed
- Ensure facility cleanliness and grooming standards
- Handle customer inquiries, and concerns
- Create staff schedules and coordinate time-off requests
- Process and submit payroll accurately
- Conduct staff performance evaluations
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires
Qualifications
- Prior management experience required
- Experience in kennel management, veterinary support, pet sitting, or related animal care fields recommended
- Familiarity with animal behavior, health monitoring, and basic first aid
- Ability to lift and handle animals and supplies as needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
