General Sales Manager (GSM)

Salary: $175,000+ per year (Base salary + performance incentives)
Bell Audi is seeking a results-driven, high-energy General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our sales team and drive continued growth. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Drive sales performance while maintaining strong gross profit.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives and KPIs.
- Work closely with Finance, Service, and Marketing departments to maximize dealership performance.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and a premium luxury buying experience.
- Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Analyze market trends, inventory, and sales performance to optimize results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive sales management experience.
- Previous General Sales Manager required.
- Luxury automotive experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success leading high-volume sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management, desking, and CRM processes.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
