Field Service Representative / Technical Support
Project: LA County Statewide Special Election (November 2026)
Pay: $32.00 per hour + Overtime
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (4 Weeks)
Start Date: October 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM)
Location: Various locations throughout Los Angeles County (work assignments are based on ZIP code and are not guaranteed)

We are hiring 120 Field Service Representatives / Technical Support Specialists to support the upcoming LA County Statewide Special Election. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills and basic technical knowledge who enjoy helping others and working in the field.
Paid training will be provided before the project begins.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for voting equipment at assigned polling locations.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot election devices to ensure proper operation.
- Assist voters and poll workers with basic technical issues.
- Escalate complex technical concerns following established procedures.
- Accurately document service activities and equipment status.
- Follow all election security procedures and company guidelines.
- Work independently while collaborating with the election support team.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices, iPads, laptops, and desktop computers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Retail, hospitality, restaurant, or food service experience is a plus.
- Comfortable learning new technology quickly.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation is preferred, as assignments may be located throughout Los Angeles County.
