Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill Assembler with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.
Job Title: Assembler
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30PM-10:00PM; 10:00PM-6:00AM Mandatory Overtime
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Assembler Responsibilities
- Assemble heat exchanger coils and related components by following work instructions, production drawings, and safety procedures.
- Use hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, and nail guns, to assemble and fabricate products.
- Operate overhead cranes to safely move materials and finished products throughout the production area.
- Measure, align, and fit components accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools.
- Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and production specifications.
- Perform basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and keep workstations clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Assembler Requirements
- Experience working at a workbench or conveyor line.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly operations efficiently.
- At least 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
- Experience operating an overhead crane.
- Experience using power tools such as drills, grinders, and nail guns.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately (must pass a tape measure test).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
