The Township of Livingston seeks a knowledgeable, experienced social worker to join our Health Department. The Human Services Coordinator will:
- supervise the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of programs providing services to senior citizens, youth, and persons with disabilities;
- provide information, referral, and assistance to individuals and the community.
- This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
Education/Experience: Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Social work or a related field with at least one year of experience with Case Management and a referral source to the Public.
