Position Overview: As a CBD Sales Associate specializing in Kratom, Kava, Mushrooms, CBD, and more- you will be responsible for providing guidance, education, and support to individuals seeking natural remedies for various health and wellness concerns. Your primary role will involve selling and promoting products such as Kratom, Kava, mushrooms, and other holistic herbs and supplements to assist clients in achieving their wellness goals. You will work closely with clients, providing personalized recommendations and developing wellness plans tailored to their specific needs and create Kava mocktails, Kratom drinks as well as other specialty drinks.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge and Sales: Develop a deep understanding of Kratom, Kava, mushrooms, and our other products, including their benefits, usage guidelines, and potential interactions.
The CBD Sales Associate will educate and guide clients on the different products available, helping them select the most appropriate options based on their individual needs and preferences.
The CBD Sales Associate will assist clients in understanding dosage recommendations, proper usage, and potential side effects, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Actively promote and sell products, effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and regulatory requirements related to our wide variety of products.
Client Consultation and Support: The CBD Sales Associate will conduct thorough assessments of clients' health goals, concerns, and lifestyle factors to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
Provide one-on-one consultations, to discuss clients' wellness objectives and recommend suitable products.
The CBD Sales Associate will answer client inquiries promptly, addressing any questions or concerns related to products, usage, or potential interactions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and rapport.
Actively engage with potential clients through various channels such as wellness events, workshops, and community gatherings.
Participate in development activities, including workshops, conferences, and training programs, to enhance knowledge and skills.
Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure compliance with local regulations, labeling requirements, and safety standards for all products.
Provide accurate and evidence-based information to clients, promoting responsible usage and informed decision-making.
Maintain client confidentiality and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- A strong passion for holistic wellness, sober social spaces and a comprehensive understanding of Kratom, Kava, mushrooms, CBD and other herbs and products.
- Proven sales experience in a CBD retail environment REQUIRED
- Kava and Kratom brewing a plus.
- Bartending experience a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the benefits, usage guidelines, and potential interactions of these products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in the wellness industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and develop personalized wellness plans.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements regarding the sale of certain products.
- Familiar with the Frisco/DFW community and local trends
- Passion for holistic wellness and sober social spaces
- Self-motivated, creative, and dependable
- Outgoing with strong customer engagement and event hosting skills
- Experience with Canva, Instagram Reels, and TikTok (a plus)
- Event promotion or beverage industry experience (preferred)
