As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting our kitchen, front counter, and dining room operations. Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- 2 years of fast-food or restaurant experience required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to Olive Burger recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, prep areas, and dining room
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
- Use basic math skills for measuring ingredients or assisting with small inventory tasks
- Support both FOH and BOH duties as needed, including packaging orders and assisting during rush hours
Experience
- Previous restaurant or café experience preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation, kitchen equipment, and basic cooking techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is highly desirable
- Must demonstrate strong work ethic, teamwork, reliability, and professionalism
