Senior Embryologist – Full Time

OC Biogenix, Inc., a reproductive laboratory affiliated with OC Fertility, is seeking an experienced Senior Embryologist to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a full-time position for an embryologist with strong technical skills who values quality, precision, and personalized patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of clinical embryology, including oocyte identification, fertilization assessment, embryo culture and grading
- Perform ICSI, embryo biopsy, vitrification and warming
- Assist with embryo transfer preparation and cryopreservation procedures
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and quality control records
- Participate in laboratory quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities
- Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and other laboratory personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Significant hands-on experience in a clinical IVF laboratory
- Proficiency in ICSI, embryo biopsy, vitrification, warming, and embryo culture
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to laboratory quality and patient safety
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, patient-focused fertility practice
