Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the dealership’s financing operations, helping customers secure the best loan options while ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. Your expertise in automotive sales, credit analysis, and financial services will drive customer satisfaction and dealership success. Aggressive compensation plan that pays up to 24% on product sales.
Duties
- Facilitate customer financing by structuring auto loans and leases that meet both customer needs and dealership goals
- Conduct thorough credit analyses to determine appropriate financing options while ensuring compliance with loan regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act)
- Present and upsell automotive financing, insurance products, and extended warranties to enhance the customer experience
- Manage loan processing, title processing, and contract documentation accurately using financial software systems
- Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable deals while adhering to automotive sales industry regulations
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, guiding clients through the financing process from application to approval
- Ensure all transactions comply with financial regulatory standards and dealership policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Automotive Finance Manager within a dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA and title processing procedures
- Excellent skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and upselling techniques
- Proficiency with financial software, credit analysis tools, and basic math skills (including 10 key typing)
- Familiarity with transaction structuring, contracts, and compliance with loan regulations
- Demonstrated ability to analyze credit reports and assess risk effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with a thorough understanding of automotive financing and insurance products
- Familiarity with Docupad a plus but not a requirement
