Award winning Nelson Construction and Renovations, a 20 year old company, needs skilled millwork carpenters for high-end finishing work on cabinets and cabinet making for their custom mill shop, Nelson Custom Cabinets.
Requirements:
- Accepted candidates must be willing to start on a paid "Working Interview" basis for a limited time evaluation period.
- Must be familiar with building custom cabinets from scratch, cabinet staining/ painting, final assembly and installation. Lots of custom wood work on our high-end projects and NOT just assembling of pre-fab products.
- MUST have millwork experience and have worked with actual shop equipment.
- Able to accurately measure for cuts needed in the cabinet making process by following and understanding cut sheets, and also for high accuracy installations.
- High end paint grade and stain grade experience is a BIG plus.
- Must have your own hand tools.
- Position will require the ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. without problems.
- OSHA 10 would be a plus.
- Looking for professionals with the ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team.

Pay will be based on experience. We offer PTO, dental and vision insurance benefits after a probationary period.
