Prepares and cooks routine and convenience items using variety of kitchen utensils and equipment.
Assists in variety of baking tasks involving making scones, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, etc.
Plans and portions routine items. Checks with CafCafeteria and Jazzman's Cafe on food needs.
Prepares meats and other foods including specialty items for Jazzman's Cafe.
Prepares services, maintains, breakdowns, and cleans both Panini and Pizza station of Cafeteria. 6. Takes and regulates temperatures to ensure food items are within regulatory agency guidelines. Records results and provides supervisor with results.
Cleans and washes dishes, utensils, and equipment as necessary.
Maintains high sanitation standards in cooking and storage of food.
Performs routine kitchen tasks including daily prep work.
Completes paperwork and quality assurance monitors as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as required. Utilizes new improvements and/or technology that relate to job assignment.
