Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assess customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the features, benefits, and technical specifications of all appliances sold in-store.
- Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends.
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
- Provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Store Operations:
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising to ensure the store remains visually appealing.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Problem Solving:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Offer solutions to any technical or product-related issues.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and management to achieve store goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with home appliances and their features (training will be provided if necessary).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for operating sales systems and managing customer information.
