Overtime is available and may include working past 2:30 PM and occasional Saturdays based on production needs.
We are currently seeking an experienced Cushion Gluer to join a growing furniture manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling high-quality cushions by applying industrial adhesives to foam, fiber, and fabric components. The ideal candidate will have previous glue-spraying experience in a furniture manufacturing environment and be committed to producing quality products while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Apply liquid adhesives accurately using industrial spray glue equipment.

Bond foam, fiber, and fabric components to create finished cushion assemblies.

Align and press cushion materials together to ensure proper fit and adhesion.

Inspect materials and finished cushions for quality, including proper shape, secure bonding, and overall appearance.

Identify and report defects such as gaps, uneven glue coverage, or weak adhesion.

Clean and maintain glue guns, spray nozzles, hoses, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Follow production schedules, work instructions, and all company safety procedures.

Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Previous experience as a Cushion Gluer or using industrial spray adhesives in a furniture manufacturing environment is required.

Ability to read and follow production work orders and instructions.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
