We will travel 7 weeks a year across the country producing trade shows. Provide customer service over the phone and through emails.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning and decor setup
- Support negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best services and prices
- Provide exceptional guest services during events, ensuring attendees' needs are met promptly and professionally
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all logistics run smoothly and on schedule
- Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, is highly desirable
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills for coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required for events
