Looking for an entry level Maintenance/Driver
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to find problems
- Fix plumbing leaks, unclog drains, and repair faucets
- Replace faulty electrical switches, light bulbs, and outlets
- Perform routine preventive care on heating and cooling (HVAC) units
- Patch drywall, paint walls, and fix doors or locks
- Maintain outdoor grounds, including lawn care or snow removal
- Keep a log of all completed repairs and maintenance tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics
- Safe use of hand tools and power tools
- Physical strength to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
