4Ever Young is an aesthetics and wellness practice focused on delivering natural, results-driven outcomes in a concierge-level patient experience. Our services span injectables, regenerative and biostimulatory treatments, laser and energy-based skin rejuvenation, IV nutrient therapy, hormone optimization, and medically supervised weight loss.
We're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who has strong injection artistry, genuine bedside manner, and an interest in growing with a practice that invests in advanced technology and continuing education.
What You'll Do
- Perform aesthetic consultations and build customized treatment plans based on facial anatomy, patient goals, and realistic outcomes
- Administer neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Restylane, Juvéderm) with precision and an eye for natural results
- Deliver biostimulator treatments including Sculptra
- Administer IV vitamin therapy protocols
- Perform laser and light-based treatments on the Sciton mJoule platform (BBL HEROic, MOXI)
- Support hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy programs
- Document accurately and maintain compliance with state Board of Nursing regulations, delegation/collaborative practice requirements, and practice protocols
- Manage complications and adverse events appropriately, including recognition and treatment of vascular occlusion
- Build lasting patient relationships that drive retention, referrals, and treatment plan compliance
- Participate in events, marketing content, and ongoing training as the practice grows
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in TX, with prescriptive authority and ability to work under a collaborative/delegating physician agreement as required by state law. Registered Nurses will be considered considering they have required experience with injectables.
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) and current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on injection experience with Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Juvéderm, and Sculptra
- Demonstrated experience with IV vitamin therapy administration and protocols
- Solid understanding of facial anatomy, danger zones, and complication management
- Professional, polished communication style and comfort with consultative sales in an elective, cash-pay environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hormone replacement / optimization therapy (BHRT, pellets)
- Experience with medical weight loss, including GLP-1 protocols
- Familiarity with peptide therapy
- Hands-on experience with the Sciton mJoule platform (BBL HERO, MOXI, Halo, ClearScan)
- Experience with PDO threads, microneedling/RF, PRP/PRF, or biostimulators beyond Sculptra
- Comfort appearing in social media and educational content
