Marketing & Customer Loyalty Coordinator

Position Summary
AL the STK & Pizza King is seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to manage our Toast marketing platform, customer loyalty program, email marketing, and online customer engagement. This position focuses on behind-the-scenes marketing efforts that help increase customer retention, repeat business, and overall restaurant sales.
The ideal candidate is experienced with the Toast platform and enjoys analyzing customer data, creating marketing campaigns, and keeping digital systems running efficiently as well as working in graphic art projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Toast Marketing platform.
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and grow the customer loyalty and rewards program.
- Develop promotions and special offers through Toast.
- Track loyalty point campaigns and customer engagement.
- Manage gift card promotions and customer incentives.
- Update online menus and website content as needed.
- Coordinate online ordering settings and promotional features.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer participation.
- Assist with holiday promotions and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer databases within Toast.
- Work with management to develop marketing strategies that increase repeat business and customer retention.
- Review marketing reports and recommend improvements based on customer trends.
- Coordinate customer birthday promotions, anniversary offers, and other automated marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience with the Toast POS system preferred.
- Experience with Toast Marketing and Toast Loyalty is highly desirable.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with customer databases and reporting.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
